The new HD (Heavy Duty) Pulleys feature large high-efficiency anodized aluminum sheaves and high-strength sealed bearings to minimize loss of mechanical advantage and deliver optimum performance haul after haul.
Side plates are constructed of machined aircraft-grade aluminum and feature smooth rounded edges to minimize rope fraying. The wide attachment point supports the use of multiple rescue-size carabiners.
The PMP (Prusik-Minding Pulley) style bottom is shaped for maximum efficiency with Prusik hitches and also works well with mechanical rope-grabs. Precision Pressfit Axles™ use a state-of-the-art assembly process that eliminates the use of threads and features low-profile beveled ends for reduced drag and minimal snag potential when the pulley is traveling. HD Pulleys are built workhorse tough to deliver years of dependable service.
